Celebrating Pride in White Rock with the Pride Week Mingler
Get excited, White Rock, as the White Rock BIA Pride Week Mingler is coming soon and being held at the wonderful White Rock Beach Beer Company in Uptown!
White Rock Beach Beer Company is a delicious brewery and has been positively impacting White Rock community throughout the years by supporting amazing groups and events. They are very supportive of Pride, and an incredible small business.
This event is an exciting time for the White Rock community to come together and celebrate pride week and diversity around us!
When: Tuesday, July 19th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Where: 15181 Russel Avenue, White Rock – White Rock Beach Beer Company
Cost: Free to attend! Snacks will be provided, and the first 25 people will receive a free beer!

City of White Rock Flag Raising
When: Friday, July 15th at 5:30 pm
Where: 15322 Buena Vista Avenue, White Rock – White Rock City Hall
Cost: Free!
Head down to the White Rock City Hall to witness the raising of the Pride Flag, signaling the start of Pride Week in White Rock! This event includes City Hall representatives, the White Rock RCMP, and community members.
Following this event will be the Third Annual White Rock Pride Ride.
Pride Ride
When: Friday, July 15th at 7:00 pm
Where: 14600 North Bluff Road – Departing from Centennial Arena
Cost: Free!
Departing from Centennial Arena, the Pride Ride will travel east on North Bluff Road, make a right on Johnston, then left on Fir Street, right on Buena Vista, South on Stayte Street, then to Marine Drive, where the parade will turn right and cruise along the waterfront. It will then finish at Bishop Road.
We suggest getting a restaurant patio seat along the route to see the excellent and brightly decorated vehicles! Organizers anticipate about 100 vehicles, all of which will be vibrantly decorated!
White Rock Farmers Market
When: Sunday, July 17th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Where: 15165 Thrift Avenue, White Rock – Miramar Plaza
Cost: Free entrance!
The White Rock Pride Society will have a booth at the farmers market on July 17th. They will be selling items such as rainbow beach bags and Pride flags! It’s also worth browsing the other booths of locally made items and food! There is also live music, children’s activities, and artisan displays.
White Rock Pride Family Day
When: Saturday, July 23rd from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Where: 15165 Thrift Avenue, White Rock – Miramar Plaza
Cost: Free to attend!
This family-friendly street festival is the perfect place to celebrate Pride! This event will be a safe and inclusive place for the entire community to come together and celebrate Pride! There will be local entertainers, food trucks, a kid zone, a vendor market, and a silent auction.
Love is Love Gala
When: Saturday, July 23rd in the evening
Where: 1475 Anderson Street, White Rock – Peace Arch Curling Club
Cost: $75 – Tickets are available at Ashberry and Logan(1231 Johnston Road, White Rock). Keep in mind, cash only.
The Love is Love gala is a fantastic dinner held by the White Rock Pride Society. You can expect a drag show, silent & live action, photo booth, 50/50, dinner and candy bar, DJ and dancing, and cash bar.
The gala is an exciting event you won’t want to miss!
